HOW TO USE THE MYSA ACUPRESSURE MAT

Depending on the area of the body you wish to target and the specific benefits you want to obtain, you will learn how to best use the mat (statically, placing it on a mattress, wrapping it around your limbs, putting it under your soles for foot reflexology or by making small movements).
You simply need to use your Mysa on the area of the body you wish to treat or where you feel pain.
Make sure the said area is firmly pressed against the microtips and, ideally, unclothed.
It is advisable to drink some water during a session in order to speed up the beneficial processes inside your body that are triggered by the mechanical stimulation of Mysa’s microtips.
To prepare the body in the most effective manner, it is recommended to go to the toilet before each session and take a hot shower/bath immediately before and after it.
Lie on the Mysa mat in the comfort of your own home whenever and as often as you want. Rest your back or any other area of your body on it for 20-50 minutes, depending on the condition you wish to treat and the amount of time at your disposal (see the Mysa tutorial on a specific disorder for further information).
You can use it wherever you want: on the floor, on a carpet, a sofa, an armchair or a mattress.

This is what you will feel:
