It is advisable to remove the mat or pillow (vegetable-fibre padding) from its case and only use the latter, in order to apply a longer-lasting and more comfortable pressure.

Approximately every 30 seconds, move the case with the microtips by a few millimetres. This will allow acupressure to achieve a more complete stimulation of the affected area.

To treat joint inflammation, it is recommended to use Mysa in conjunction with anti-inflammatory creams: Mysa will indeed boost the effectiveness of the pharmacological treatment.

In case of inflammation, do not warm up your Mysa.

How often?

We suggest short but frequent sessions, repeated over the day.

In case of acute pain:

Use Mysa for 5-7 minutes, every 2-3 hours, when pain is most severe.

We recommend 5-10 minutes, 2-3 times a day.
