"MYSA MEDITATION" SEQUENCE

THE 5 “MYSA MEDITATION” SEQUENCES


FIRST POSITION: BREATHING

(Starting position)

Sit on a chair and rest your feet on the Mysa mat.

When your soles start to get used to it and you begin experiencing new sensations, start moving the soles rotating them from the heel to the tip of your toes and back.

Repeat 8-10 times.

After a while, it is recommended to stand on the mat, applying the full pressure of your body weight on the soles of your feet.

IMPORTANT: Heat too can be quite beneficial, so you can insert a Hot ErgonoPad into your Mysa mat.

SECOND POSITION: MEDITATION


Place your MYSA MAT on the floor.

Lie on your back on the Mysa mat, with your arms along the side of your body and your legs straight.

Roll up a towel and put it under the mat where the latter touches your nape. Alternatively, use a Mysa Thermo Pillow.

Lie on your back on the mat, making sure it touches your back and nape.

Keep your legs straight and your arms at your sides with your palms facing upwards.

Close your eyes for increased relaxation. Exhale quietly, relaxing the whole body.

THIRD POSITION: BREATHING AND MEDITATION

Breathing exercises when seated.

Sit comfortably on a sofa or armchair with your back leaning against the MYSA MAT.

Close your eyes and inhale through your nose until you feel the air reach your belly.

Exhale through your mouth as if you were blowing out a candle, feeling the air rise up from your abdomen.

It is preferable to keep the eyes closed.


Repeat 20-30 times.

FOURTH POSITION: BREATHING AND MEDITATION

Lie on your back on your Mysa mat with your legs extended together. Spread your arms out to form a “T”.

Lift your hands up until they are joined together and return to the initial position.


Repeat 5-7 times.

FIFTH POSITION: BREATHING AND MEDITATION

Lie on your back on your Mysa mat, arms spread out, legs straight.

“Roll” from right to left, touching your left hand with your extended right one. Do it again, this time rolling to the right.

Return to the initial position.

Repeat 5-7 times.
