Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied after your purchase during the Guarantee Period, you may return the used product for a full refund (minus shipping and handling). Products must be returned to the place of purchase with an original dated receipt or invoice and with the ACCEPTED RETURN CODE provided by us.


Please be sure to write ALL your order details both on the inside and the outside of the shipping box.

IMPORTANT: A preliminary notice should be sent via e-mail to:, advising of the return of the item, indicating all the order details, so that we can provide the ACCEPTED RETURN CODE.

The customer will provide, at his/her own expenses, for the goods’ return by using the original packaging within 30 working days from goods’ receipt.

The amount paid will be credited back according to the paying modalities used at the purchase (bank transfer, automatic refund on the Credit Card / Paypal Account) or the goods will be replaced with other products chosen by the customer. The refund will be carried out as quickly as possible, and upon goods return. For no reasons the goods will be returned with cash-on-delivery method: in this case goods will be rejected.

We recommend our customers contact us at the address or by phone, in order to simplify the procedure.

Delivery Times

Products in stock are usually delivered within 3-5 working days. For Europe we deliver within 4-6 working days. For the rest of the world we deliver within 5-7 working days. Depending upon weight of the package, deliveries are made either by post or by the most suitable parcel courier. Both standard and recorded delivery are optional

Delivery Costs

Please check your trolley at Purchase Card Security We only accept payment by debit/credit card. We cooperate with PayPal to ensure the secure processing of all card transactions. Your credit card number is encrypted and sent directly to the bank, and is never stored with us.

Data Protection

In order to shop with us, you need to fill in all required fields as part of your customer registration process. By confirming your orders, you are giving your consent to having your name and personal details registered in our customer register. This information will be used to carry out our obligations towards you as our customer, and may be used to keep you informed about special offers.

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us! Your Statutory Rights By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. Cooling-Off Period

One of the most important implications of these regulations is a “cooling-off period” of 7 days during which you have the right to cancel.

This regulation applies of course to all the products you buy on our website!

In accordance with the above law, you have a 7 day cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a refund for your Mysa acupressure mats.

Here’s what to do if you want to cancel your purchase and get a refund:

1) Let us know in writing that you’re returning your purchase within 7 working days, counting from the day your new items are delivered.

You don’t need to give a reason to cancel your purchase (“I just don’t want it anymore”).

2) Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us using the personalised return label within 7 days following the date the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is damaged or defective.

Terms of Refund

If you paid by credit / debit card / PayPal through our website, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation!

If you paid by any other means, then your refund will be made by cheque. This will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation.

As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item’s normal postage charge (we cannot refund any priority, express component of the postage charge).

This cancellation rights applies even if you are based outside of the EU.
